The real price of the harvest,
clear for everyone.
Sembramos is Venezuela's agricultural marketplace where the price isn't set by any single person along the way — it's the median of real transactions already closed inside the app. An AI that decides and acts at every step: what to plant, who to trust with an order, when to warn that the harvest is about to arrive.
→ Published. Real reference price applied.▍
The price map, straight from the database.
This is the exact same treemap the app renders on its Dashboard — same data, same squarify layout, same color logic — pulled live from Firestore right now, not a screenshot. Tile size is trading volume, color is the price move. A crop only earns a real reference price once it closes enough real transactions; until then it still shows here, honestly, as the catalog's starting estimate.
"Uno siempre dice que el trabajo del campo no termina cuando se recoge la cosechita, sino cuando uno la vende bien…"
("People always say the work of the field doesn't end when you harvest — it ends when you sell it well…")
Today, the harvest price gets negotiated in WhatsApp groups — and whoever shouts loudest wins.
A Venezuelan farmer has no way to know if $90 for a sack of potatoes is a fair price, or if they're being paid half of what it's really worth. The buyer doesn't know if he's overpaying either. There's no public, trustworthy number either side can check before closing a deal.
And the gap isn't small, and it isn't explained by shipping costs. The same sack of potatoes sells for $35–40 in one Venezuelan state and $115 in another — for carrots, one state nearly gives them away while the next pays $10–15. Neither number comes from a real market: each price is set locally in isolation, with no way for anyone in the chain — farmer, middleman, or retailer — to know what's actually being paid one state over.
"Stop overpaying. Check today's real price before you buy."
"Stop guessing what your harvest is worth. See today's real price before you sell."
We don't sell the contact. We sell the real price.
Sembramos' price map doesn't move when someone posts a listing — it moves when a real sale closes, confirmed by both sides. It's the median of those transactions, not an average: resistant to anyone trying to manipulate it with a single fake trade.
Real market price
Median of closed transactions, never of listings. Always shows how many real trades back it — never an invented number.
AI purchasing assistant
The AI builds the order, scans the seller's reputation, and tells you when to act. It never moves money or closes a deal without an explicit human tap.
Real anti-fraud
Anti-bot limits on new accounts, App Check verification, unique WhatsApp across accounts, reputation that only the backend can write — never the client.
Voice Mode
For the farmer who speaks but doesn't read or write: the entire app can be heard and operated by voice, end to end.
AI planting recommendations, honest by design
Sembramos doesn't just track a sale — it tracks the entire crop cycle. "Mis Cultivos" logs real planting dates, real crop-cycle timelines, and real harvest outcomes per farmer; the AI cross-references that against closed sales and active plantings nationwide to recommend what to plant next — and stays silent instead of guessing when there isn't enough real data yet to be responsible. The same engine diagnoses crop health from a photo (Gemini + Google Search grounding, plus anonymized patterns from other farmers who solved the same problem) and tracks real cost vs. real revenue per cycle, so a farmer can finally see which crop actually pays.
Sembramos doesn't use AI — it's built around AI as its central nervous system. Every transaction feeds the algorithm, every logged planting improves the next recommendation, and the system acts proactively without anyone having to ask.
The data is the moat. Anyone can use Gemini. No one can replicate the Venezuelan agricultural data accumulated per zone.
Auditable decisions. Every autonomous AI decision is logged — reputation, seller risk scan, price alerts.
The human closes the deal. The AI decides and executes everything that doesn't move money. Accepting an offer is always a human tap.
Built so no one can manipulate the number.
Reputation, backend-only
No client can ever write their own reputation. Only Cloud Functions, after a transaction confirmed by both sides.
Listing never moves the market
Posting a harvest never changes the reference price. Only a closed, confirmed sale does.
WhatsApp protected
Contact only unlocks with a real confirmed order — never exposed on public marketplace cards.
Disputes with evidence
Structured appearance with deadlines, photo evidence, and force-majeure reclassification when it applies.
Three minutes. A real problem, a real product.
The next real deal is already waiting on the price map.
Sembramos already runs in production, with real farmers and buyers across 5 Venezuelan states using it today.
